Gender differences in Mobile Usage

In 2011, women started adopting smartphones in greater numbers. What is the impact for marketers? Some are focusing on the unique needs of women. One example is the Charm Call Indicator which dangles from a purse and lights up when a call or text message is received (if you carry a big purse, and typically miss calls, this totally makes sense).

Who do you think is more likely to conduct a financial transaction on their smartphone, men or women?

60% of women do, vs. 48% of men.
